For all legal purposes the Spanish language version of the Specific Contract Conditions, shall be the legally binding one. This English language version is a translation and may contain errors.

This document, together with the other Legal Notices published in www.entretramites.com, regulate the use of the services provided by BEAT BUREAUCRACY ET, S.L., hereinafter ENTRE TRAMITES.

By contracting any of ENTRE TRÁMITES’ services, whether by clicking the “Contract” or “Pay” buttons, or by any other method provided by the company, the CLIENT acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions of this document. Contracting also implies acceptance of the specific conditions for each service. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with acceptance.

ENTERPRISE

On the web www.entretramites.comis owned by ENTRE TRÁMITES, with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B01944743 and registered office at Calle María de Molina, 39, 3ª P, 28006 Madrid, Spain. The company is registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry, Volume 47465, Page B-552615, Folio 13.

CUSTOMER

The ENTRE TRÁMITES CLIENT is any natural person of legal age or legal entity that contracts any of the services offered on the website, whether through a monthly subscription or a one-time service.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

 

From the date of registration of the subscription or contracting of a service offered on the website, the CUSTOMER will be obliged to:

  • The CLIENT agrees to provide, through the corresponding forms sent in the email of onboarding, all the information and documentation necessary for the correct provision of services and management of the contracted plan.
  • Failure or delay in delivering the required information or documentation will prevent ENTRE TRÁMITES from continuing the service. In such cases, any inability to perform the contracted services will be the sole responsibility of the CLIENT.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES it is not responsible for the veracity of the data provided by the CLIENT in the service contract form.
  • You undertake to provide your personal and banking information with accuracy and to keep it up to date, guaranteeing to ENTRE TRÁMITES that all information provided is true, accurate, and correct, and that it does not infringe the rights of third parties. You shall immediately inform ENTRE TRÁMITES of any changes to the information provided for the Subscription.
  • To provide the necessary information to ENTRE TRÁMITES according to the specifications of the contracted service, in a timely manner, in order to ensure the correct execution of the service.
  • Pay ENTRE TRÁMITES an amount for the provision of the Service, according to the rates set forth on the Website, through a recurring payment by credit card specified in the specific conditions of each plan, or a single payment according to a budget tailored to the characteristics of the company and/or self-employed person.
  • Ensure proper Internet access, pay the appropriate fees to your Internet service provider, and have the appropriate technical equipment to access your Subscription and the Services it provides.
  • Not to assign this Agreement to third parties without the prior express written consent of ENTRE TRÁMITES. The CLIENT shall be solely responsible for the use of the Subscription in accordance with current legislation and these Specific Contract Conditions. The CLIENT shall be responsible for monitoring the use made of the Subscription by its dependents, as well as any person authorized to use the Subscription.
  • Use the contents of the Website in accordance with the terms expressed in these Specific Terms and Conditions and respecting the intellectual property rights held by third parties. The continued use of the subscription by the CLIENT once the terms of these Specific Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy have been changed and the CLIENT has been notified of such change by email will be deemed acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
  • Accept that you are contracting the provision of the Subscription and/or service for an initial period, from the date of registration of the Subscription and/or service, for the time determined in the contracted rate and the amount of which you have paid.
  • Accept that ENTRE TRÁMITES will not be responsible for any losses or damages, including lost profits, that the CLIENT may have to bear due to failures or outages in telecommunications structures that are the responsibility of ENTRE TRÁMITES.
  • Authorize ENTRE TRÁMITES to collect personal data from the CLIENT or authorized users linked to it, in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy posted on the Website.
  • Allow ENTRE TRÁMITES to subcontract the Subscription Service or the services offered on the website to third parties. Such subcontracting may entail the transfer of the CUSTOMER’s data strictly necessary to carry out the relevant service.
  • Use the contents diligently, correctly and lawfully and, in particular, undertake to refrain from: (i) using the contents for purposes or effects that are contrary to the law, morality, public order and generally accepted good customs; (ii) reproducing or copying, distributing, allowing public access through any form of public communication, transforming or modifying the contents of the Website, unless authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights or legally permitted; (iii) using the contents and, in particular, information of any kind obtained through the Website or the Services to send advertising, communications for direct sales purposes or for any other type of commercial purpose, unsolicited messages addressed to a plurality of people regardless of their purpose, as well as refraining from marketing or disclosing such information in any way.
  • Act on their own behalf, on behalf of their employees and contractors, as well as on behalf of authorized users, stating that they have informed them of these Specific Contract Conditions, the Legal Notice, and the Website’s Privacy Policy, guaranteeing to ENTRE TRÁMITES that they have the authority to grant the aforementioned consent on behalf of those individuals.
  • In the case of a monthly subscription product, the CUSTOMER must inform the CUSTOMER that they wish to cancel by the 20th of the current month at the latest. Otherwise, the cancellation will take effect the following month.

OBLIGATIONS OFENTRE TRAMITES

From the date of registration in the Service, ENTRE TRÁMITES will be obliged to:

  • Provide the CLIENT with the Service and functionalities set forth in these Specific Contract Conditions. ENTRE TRÁMITES disclaims liability in the event that the CLIENT fails to comply with its obligations to provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the information necessary for the proper provision of the contracted service, in a timely manner.
  • Issue the corresponding invoice, where applicable, for the provision of the Service.
  • Maintain the operational nature of the Service on its website, Cloud, and billing system, for use 24 hours a day, except for temporary interruptions due to maintenance. ENTRE TRÁMITES will make every effort to keep the Service operational, but reserves the right to modify, suspend, or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the Subscription Service or any of its functions due to technical failures beyond the control of ENTRE TRÁMITES, and without being liable to the CLIENT in any way or form. Interruptions will be communicated to the CLIENT, to the extent possible, with sufficient advance notice. ENTRE TRÁMITES shall not be required to comply with this obligation in the event of force majeure or if the network used to provide the Service fails and is beyond its control. ENTRE TRÁMITES cannot guarantee the CLIENT’s continued and uninterrupted access to the Website, as its supply depends on the network infrastructure of third-party operators outside the control of ENTRE TRÁMITES.
  • Maintain and guarantee the confidentiality of communications,within the aforementioned technical limitations, unless required by the competent judicial or administrative authority, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations, in which case, the right is reserved to provide the information requested by them without prior notice to the CLIENT.
  • Address complaints regarding the operation, price, billing, quality, and any other issue that may arise in relation to the Subscription. These must be addressed to ENTRE TRÁMITES within one (1) month from the date of the event that gave rise to them, by contacting ENTRE TRÁMITES either by phone or email at the address provided in these Specific Contract Conditions, or in writing to ENTRE TRÁMITES’ registered office.

RIGHT TO MODIFICATION ENTRE TRAMITES

At any time, ENTRE TRAMITES, you can change the specific conditions of the services, given that the services have no permanence, including:

  • The prices for all contracted services, with the obligation to inform the client 30 days before any price changes.
  • All conditions regarding specific services, with the obligation to inform customers 30 days before the change in terms.
  • For one-time payment services, the CUSTOMER has up to 15 days to request cancellation of the service, provided they have not provided the service or made any service-related inquiries. The refund will be credited to your card within 14 days.

Monthly service for self-employed workers

  • The CUSTOMER can issue their invoices online.
  • The CLIENT can access updated accounting, profit and loss information for their professional activity from anywhere, through the AON Solution application.
  • The CLIENT can upload their documentation in the simplest way possible, and the ENTRE TRÁMITES manager will take care of the rest.
  • The CLIENT has access to all the support information necessary to manage their business.

*If the customer requests to cancel the subscription service, the service provider has successfully completed the Self-Employment Registration process with both the Tax Agency and Social Security; and the total payments made by the customer do not add up to the total for the single “Self-Employment Registration” service, the excess will be charged until the “Self-Employment Registration” service is completed.

Taxes

 

The ENTRE TRÁMITES manager will be responsible for the settlement of the following monthly or quarterly taxes*, according to the specific conditions of the CLIENT, with the CLIENT being the main party obliged to submit such taxes in accordance with the approval of the draft sent by the manager. If the CLIENT does not respond to said informative email, it will be understood as in compliance.

 

The CLIENT agrees and acknowledges the importance of efficient documentation submission for the correct preparation of quarterly taxes. Therefore, the CLIENT undertakes to submit all documentation corresponding to the quarter by the 8th of the months of January, April, July, and October (invoices issued, invoices received, expense receipts, bank statements).

 

If the CLIENT fails to comply with this obligation, it will be deemed that the CLIENT waives the right to include said invoices in the quarterly tax return for that period. Failure to submit invoices on time will not generate any liability on the part of ENTRE TRÁMITES.

 

Both parties agree that this clause aims to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information required to comply with tax obligations, thus contributing to the proper development of business activities between both parties.

*To cover quarterly taxes: If a customer deregisters as self-employed, they must pay for the additional months under a Basic Plan beyond their deregistration month, up to the month of filing quarterly forms.

 

*For the submission of annual returns (annual summaries), the CLIENT must have been subscribed to an accounting/tax plan for at least9 monthsuninterruptedlywithin the current fiscal year.

 

Electronic Notifications

 

ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for registering the CLIENT’s email address on the platform.Tenth, so that it can receive and view electronic notifications issued by the Tax Agency and Social Security. Once the registration process is completed inTenth, ENTRE TRÁMITES will notify the CLIENT about the activation of his/her account,requesting himTo forward to the ENTRE TRÁMITES Manager any notifications relevant to their situation as a self-employed person or SME that require management or a response. It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to forward such notifications; otherwise, ENTRE TRÁMITES will not have access to the notification and, therefore, will not be able to carry out the corresponding management. Additionally, notifications related exclusively to the CLIENT’s personal matters are not included in the ENTRE TRÁMITES standard service, and any such management will have an additional cost, which will be communicated to the CLIENT before proceeding.

 

Register as Self-Employed

 

  • The ENTRE TRÁMITES manager will be responsible for completing the registration/deregistration procedures for self-employed workers.
  • Up to one (1) census modification is included: whether high, low, ROI request, modification in the IAE, among others.
  • Sick leave due to work incapacity
  • Compatibility of unemployment with discharge
  • Modification of payment of social security contributions

Personalized service

 

  • The CLIENT will have a personal manager included in the contracted rate.
  • The CLIENT may contact their manager for any questions or issues that may arise related to their self-employed status.
  • The CLIENT will havePersonalized attention from a trusted specialist, who you can contact at any time through our channels: email or schedule consultations online (during business hours).
  • The CUSTOMER may request the processing of the Digital Certificate – first request – at no additional cost.

Other services (NOT INCLUDED, ADDITIONAL CHARGE)

Other services not included in the fixed monthly fee, but which could be provided by ENTRE TRÁMITES:

  • Income Tax Returns for Individuals – Form 100
  • Receive assistance in managing collections.
  • Virtual office service: address and landline telephone number in Spain.
  • Renewal of the digital certificate.
  • Some additional service not mentioned in the previous sections.

Monthly service for SMEs

Accounting

 

  • The CUSTOMER can issue their invoices online.
  • The CLIENT can access their company’s updated accounting information, balance sheets, and income statements from anywhere, using the AON Solution application.
  • The CLIENT will have access to the banking information of their SME, reconciled at all times.
  • The CLIENT can upload their documentation in the simplest way possible, and the ENTRE TRÁMITES manager will take care of the rest.
  • The CLIENT can access outstanding invoices with its clients and suppliers.
  • The CLIENT has access to all the support information necessary to manage their business.

Plan ZERO

 

  • Available for SMEs without activity or transactions
  • No invoices of any kind are recorded.
  • Includes CCAA and Corporate Tax

*For the presentation of Corporate Tax and annual declarations (annual summaries), the CLIENT must have been subscribed to an accounting/tax plan for at least7 monthsuninterruptedlywithin the current fiscal year.

  • Elaborationof Annual Accounts(the cost of the deposit and legalization must be assumed by the CLIENT).
  • The Minutes Book of the General Meeting and other collegiate bodies.
  • Register of partners in limited companies.
    • *The fees for the filing and legalization of books and annual accounts are not included in the fee. This fee will be charged as a supplement to the subscription for the month immediately following the submission of the accounts.
    • *For the presentation of the CCAA, the CLIENT must have been subscribed to some accounting/tax plan for at least7 monthsuninterruptedlywithin the current fiscal year.

 

Personalized service

 

  • The CLIENT will have a personal manager included in the contracted rate.
  • The CLIENT may contact their manager for any questions or issues that may arise related to their status as a company.
  • The CLIENT will havePersonalized attention from a trusted specialist, who you can contact at any time through our channels: email or schedule consultations online (during business hours).

Other Services (NOT INCLUDED, ADDITIONAL CHARGE)

Other services not included in the fixed monthly fee, but which could be provided by ENTRE TRÁMITES:

  • Fees corresponding to the Deposit and legalization of Books and Annual Accounts.If you are a recurring customer, this fee will be charged as a supplement to your subscription in any month immediately following the submission of your accounts.
  • Registered Office Service.
  • Verification of accounting and taxes from previous years.
  • Income Tax Returns for Individuals.
  • Modification of the Bylaws and management with notaries.
  • Application for a Digital Certificate of Representative (legal entity)
  • Renewal of Digital Certificate of Representative (legal entity)
  • NIF application for a Spanish/Foreign company
  • Company closure.
  • Some additional service not mentioned in the previous sections.

Specific conditions for contracting services with a monthly fee

 

  • If the information provided by the CLIENT, regarding the average number of invoices issued and received per month, number of workers or agreed work system differs from that declared at the time of Registration, the monthly fee will be calculated, and the CLIENT will be informed of this price modification, due to the change in conditions.,and the new calculated price will be charged.
  • By contracting a management service that includes ENTRE TRÁMITES’ billing software, the CLIENT agrees to use the software. If the software is not used properly as directed by the assigned advisor, ENTRE TRÁMITES reserves the right to change the operating system and recalculate the monthly fee.
  • The tax filing service includes taxes directly related to professional activity. Income tax returns and other personal taxes are not included. For companies, filing of corporate income tax and annual accounts is included. The fee for legalization of annual accounts will be charged separately.
  • Our tax and accounting advisory service covers all your tax and accounting questions, as long as they are directly related to your professional or business activity.
  • The labor management service includes advice on labor management and Social Security for contracted workers, preparation of employment contracts, payrolls, and personal income tax and social security certificates. Management of registrations, terminations, and changes in Social Security information. Processing of work-related accident reports. Preparation of quarterly tax withholdings and annual forms.
  • None of the monthly fee services include unspecified related procedures, such as issuing payment flow certificates, tax requirements, or cash flow control.
  • Once this contract with its general and specific terms and conditions has been accepted, the fee may be revised based on the specific conditions of the self-employed person or company, subject to the CLIENT’s acceptance of the personalized quote.
  • At the time of signing up for the service, the CUSTOMER will pay an amount proportional to the monthly fee for the days of the current month when the subscription begins.
  • Full monthly installments are billed between the 1st and 5th of the month. In the event of a refund, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred due to non-payment of the direct debit.

 

Request for digital certificate for a natural person

 

  • ENTRE TRAMITES, make the electronic request for the code for the certificate.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES requests an appointment for the CLIENT to personally authenticate their identity. The CLIENT must be available on the indicated day and time, as the availability of this appointment depends directly on the Public Administration and not on ENTRE TRÁMITES. It usually takes between 1 and 3 weeks to secure an appointment once the CLIENT has contracted the service.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES downloads and sends the Digital Certificate file to the CLIENT for immediate use.

Renewal of digital certificate for individuals (only recurring customers)

 

  • ENTRE TRAMITES, renew the certificate electronically if possible (it has not expired and it is the first renewal).
  • ENTRE TRAMITES downloads and sends the Digital Certificate file to the CLIENT for immediate use.
  • If the certificate has already expired and this is the second renewal:
    • ENTRE TRÁMITES requests an appointment for the CLIENT to personally authenticate their identity. The CLIENT must be available on the indicated day and time, as the availability of this appointment depends directly on the Public Administration and not on ENTRE TRÁMITES. It usually takes between 1 and 3 weeks to secure an appointment once the CLIENT has contracted the service.
    • ENTRE TRAMITES downloads and sends the Digital Certificate file to the CLIENT for immediate use.

Registered Office Service

  • We offer the registered office service through ourpartners, not directly.
  • The contracting of this service, therefore, is directly with the provider.
  • The function of ENTRE TRÁMITES is solely that of an intermediary. Facilitating the connection with thepartneradequate and initial management, but the service contract and legal relationship are established directly between the CLIENT and the provider.
  • All responsibility for the provision, quality and performance of the service rests with the provider.
  • Any questions, problems, or complaints should be handled directly with the service provider.
  • The service does not include Notary Public management for address changes on deeds. The “Management with Notaries” service must be offered to the client in parallel.

Company Closure


  • The CLIENT will send the Digital Certificate of Representation (company) to ENTRE TRÁMITES.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES you will need the company’s Digital Certificate (If you do not have it, it can be offered as an additional service)
  • The CLIENT will send ENTRE TRÁMITES all the necessary documentation for the closing: The latest balance sheet, the income statement, the accounting books and an inventory of the company’s assets and liabilities (goods and debts).

USE:It is recommended to submit the CCAA’s tax returns for the year in which the company is liquidated, since if there is an inspection, it is ideal to have the CCAA’s up to the time of liquidation.

    • Mortgage prior to 2013: This is an extra benefit for applying the deduction for investment in a primary residence if your mortgage was taken out before January 1, 2013. This tax benefit no longer applies to more recent mortgages.
    • Donations: This extra allows you to include tax deductions for donations you’ve made to NGOs or other charities in your tax return.
    • Pension plan: Tax deductions are managed for contributions you have made to your pension plan, thereby reducing your taxable income.
    • Alimony or child support payments: This extra is to cover the tax treatment of alimony you pay to your ex-spouse or children, which may be deductible.
    • Property Sales: This additional service is charged when declaring the capital gain or loss resulting from the sale of a property, as it requires a complex calculation and specific documentation.

Preparation of Standard Employment Contract (SEPE)

 

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information and documentation necessary for drafting the contract, including the employee’s details, working conditions, hours, salary, and any other specifics of the position.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for drafting the employment contract, using the official forms of the State Public Employment Service (SEPE).
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, the CLIENT will be given the employment contract ready for signature and presentation.

 

Registration of a worker in Social Security

 

  • The CLIENT will send the Digital Certificate of Representation (company) to ENTRE TRÁMITES.
  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary and accurate information for the management of the employee’s registration, including personal data (name, surname, ID, Social Security number, address), employment conditions (start date, contribution group, type of contract, working hours) and any other relevant information.
  • ENTRE TRÁPETES will be responsible for registering the worker with Social Security if it does not previously exist, using form TA.1.
  • ENTRE TRÁPETES will process the worker’s registration in the corresponding Social Security system, using form TA.2/S, within the established timeframes.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT about the status of the procedure and will provide proof of registration once the procedure has been completed.

 

Employee deregistration from Social Security

 

  • The CLIENT will send the Digital Certificate of Representation (company) to ENTRE TRÁMITES.
  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary and accurate information and documentation for the management of the termination, including the date and reason for the termination of employment.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for processing the employee’s termination from Social Security, using form TA.2/S.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT about the status of the procedure and will provide proof of cancellation once the procedure has been completed.

 

Registration of a domestic worker

 

  • The CLIENT will send to ENTRE TRÁMITES the Digital Certificate of Representation (company) or of natural person.
  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the necessary documentation, including the employer and employee details (DNI or NIE and Social Security Number), details regarding the working day, salary, and an account number for direct debit payments (IBAN).
  • The CLIENT must inform whether the worker has a work permit if he or she is a non-EU citizen.
  • ENTRE TRÁPETES will be responsible for managing the worker’s registration in the Special System for Domestic Employees of Social Security.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT about the status of the procedure and will provide proof of registration once the procedure has been completed.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for processing the employee’s registration within the legal deadlines (up to 60 days before the start of the activity or up to 30 days after, although in the latter case it will be considered out of date).

  • The CLIENT will send their Digital Certificate to ENTRE TRÁMITES.

Maternity/Total Paternity Leave

 

  • The CLIENT will send their Digital Certificate to ENTRE TRÁMITES.
  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the documentation and information necessary for the management of the benefit, including the maternity or paternity report from the doctor, the DNI and, if applicable, the Family Book or the birth registration in the Civil Registry.
  • ENTRE TRÁPETES will be responsible for managing the registration of the worker’s total sick leave with the National Social Security Institute (INSS).
  • ENTRE TRAMITES will carry out the application process for maternity or paternity benefits.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for notifying the CLIENT of the status of the procedure and will provide proof of the cancellation and the request for the benefit.

  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for reviewing the CLIENT’s documentation, verifying that the requirements are met, and preparing the official title application form.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, you will submit the application to the competent authority of the autonomous community and monitor the process.

€100 AEAT Aid

 

This service aims to manage the application and resolution process for the €100 aid from the Tax Agency (AEAT), intended for working mothers. The service includes the submission of the required forms and documents, as well as the necessary paperwork for the approval of this benefit.

 

  • The CLIENT must provide all the necessary documentation to start the process. This includes personal and employment information, as well as the newborn’s details. The CLIENT must also send us their CD in order to proceed with the process.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for managing and completing the required forms and documents for the application.

This service offers a detailed tax simulation based on the CLIENT’s financial situation, calculating the approximate tax burden on their assets and income.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all detailed and truthful information about its assets, employment income, investment vehicles and any other data necessary for the tax simulation.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will analyze the information provided and perform the tax simulation corresponding to the CLIENT’s situation in the chosen autonomous community.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will issue a detailed report with a breakdown of applicable taxes (such as Wealth Tax and Personal Income Tax) and the corresponding deductions.
  • The service has a minimum duration of three hours with a specialist. An additional charge will apply for each additional hour of work.

  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will review the legal terms of the contract and ensure that the document complies with current legislation.
  • The service has a minimum duration of three hours with a specialist. An additional charge will apply for each additional hour of work.

Review of Commercial Contracts

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the commercial contract it wishes to review, along with any additional information regarding its context, the parties involved, and their main objectives or concerns.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will analyze the document, identify potential clauses or risks, and offer legal recommendations or comments, all within the stipulated timeframe.
  • The service has a minimum duration of one hour with a specialist. For each additional hour of work, an additional charge will apply.

Additional clauses to review

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the clauses or documents it wishes to review, along with any additional information regarding its objectives or specific concerns it may have.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for analyzing the document, identifying potential risks, and offering legal comments and recommendations.
  • The service has a minimum duration of one hour with a specialist. For each additional hour of work, an additional charge will apply.

Management of public retirement pensions (social security)

 

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with its Digital Certificate.
  • The CLIENT will submit to ENTRE TRÁMITES the necessary documentation in digital format, including the identity document (DNI or NIE), the updated employment history report, bank details, and any other documents required for the application.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for accessing the Social Security Electronic Office and completing the online form with the data provided by the CLIENT.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, you will attach all the documentation, send the application, and keep the receipt.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES will send proof of submission of the application to the CLIENT.

Public pension plan (Totalization of Contributions) between two or more countries

This service is aimed at clients who have contributed to Spanish Social Security and to other countries with which Spain has a bilateral agreement. Its purpose is to provide administrative management for the sum of all contribution periods.

  • The CLIENT must provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with their Digital Certificate to complete the online process. If they do not have one, they must provide us with all the necessary documentation for in-person processing.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, you will access the Social Security Electronic Office, navigate to the “National Retirement” section, and select the option to total contributions.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES you will download, fill out, and attach the form corresponding to the selected country.
  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the necessary documents, including the Identity Document (DNI or NIE), the updated employment history report, bank details and any other documents that may be requested.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for verifying the documentation, submitting the application, and keeping the receipt.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES will send proof of submission of the application to the CLIENT.

Retirement Planning

This service offers personalized advice to the CLIENT, based on an analysis of their employment history, in order to calculate an estimate of their future public pension and its tax impact.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all documentation and detailed information regarding their employment history, including their employment history report and any other relevant information regarding contribution periods, work abroad, children, disability, or any other situation that may affect the calculation.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for carrying out a personalized simulation of the calculation of the CLIENT’s public pension.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, the formulas and rules of the Spanish Pension System will be applied, taking into account the regulatory base, years of contributions, and the personal circumstances of the CLIENT.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, the tax burden that will be applied to the pension will be estimated, in accordance with the rules of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF).
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will offer advice on consolidating contributions with other countries (totaling contributions), the possibility of signing a special agreement with Social Security, and other options to improve the amount of your pension.

  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will calculate the tax burden in a maximum of two autonomous communities so that the CLIENT can compare, with the possibility of requesting additional communities at an extra cost.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will offer complementary advice, explaining how pension taxation works in Spain and analyzing the tax difference between a full withdrawal of capital and a monthly pension withdrawal.

Special Agreement for Social Security

The purpose of this service is to process the application so that the CLIENT can continue voluntarily contributing to Social Security, in order to maintain or increase their contributions for retirement.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the necessary documentation to prove compliance with the requirements, such as having contributed at least 1,080 days in the last 12 years and not being registered through any other means.
  • The CLIENT will submit the completed application form to ENTRE TRÁMITES if they do not have a Digital Certificate.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for entering the Social Security Electronic Office to process the CLIENT’s application.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will review the necessary documentation according to the CLIENT’s profile and manage registration in the Special Agreement.

Estimated Cost of Living in Spain

This service provides personalized advice and a detailed report on the cost of living in Spain, with the aim of facilitating informed decision-making for the CLIENT in their migration or job negotiation process.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with truthful and complete information about his/her personal, family and work profile, his/her needs, planned lifestyle and the region(s) of Spain in which he/she wishes to reside.
  • The CLIENT must accept the terms and conditions of the service and make the corresponding payment before the start of the consultation.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will contact the CLIENT within 24 to 48 hours after receiving payment to arrange an initial one-hour interview.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will prepare a personalized report within a maximum of one week after the interview. This report will include a breakdown of estimated monthly expenses, a cost comparison between up to two cities or regions, and a simulated monthly budget.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will organize a follow-up session to submit the report and resolve any questions.
  • Any additional services, such as comparing additional cities, will have an associated additional cost.

Services included

  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will analyze the CLIENT’s immigration status to offer all legal options to regularize their situation and obtain residency documents in Spain.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will advise and inform the CLIENT about the requirements, procedures, documentation, and fees specific to each procedure, which will be detailed in an information sheet sent in advance as a quote.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will carry out the appropriate procedures and formalities before the Public Administration in a timely manner.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES will provide continuous support throughout the entire process.

Services NOT included

  • Payment of official fees required by the Public Administration, which must be assumed by the CLIENT.
  • Any additional service or management not specified in the initial quote and order form.

Customer Obligations

  • The CLIENT agrees to provide all accurate information and documents necessary for the proper provision of the service.
  • The CLIENT must respond as quickly as possible to the questions and requests for information that the representative asks in order to carry out the procedures.

This service is designed for clients who are outside of Spain and seeking to process their residence visa through the Spanish consulate in their country of origin.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the true and complete documentation and information necessary for the preparation of the visa application.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will analyze the CLIENT’s immigration status, prepare the necessary documentation for the visa application, and arrange the consular appointment.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will advise and inform the CLIENT about the consular procedure to follow and the documents to present at the appointment.
  • The CLIENT must attend the in-person appointment at the consulate on the date and time indicated.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES cannot track the process, as the resolution is the sole responsibility of the consulate and the CLIENT is notified directly upon delivery of the visa.

Services NOT included

  • Payment of official fees required by consulates, which must be borne by the CLIENT.
  • Any additional service or management not specified in the initial quote and order form.

This service is a package designed exclusively for clients who have simultaneously processed an initial immigration permit through ENTRE TRÁMITES. This service allows them to process the registration form and the Foreigner’s Identity Card (TIE). Appointments will depend on the city, and an exact date cannot be promised; the estimated time is between 3 and 6 weeks. This is an individual service.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information and documentation necessary for the processing of both documents, as well as the availability to attend the appointments.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will review the information and documentation to verify that the CLIENT meets all the requirements for submitting and requesting both procedures.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for arranging the appointment at the City Hall corresponding to the CLIENT’s address and subject to availability, so that the CLIENT can complete the registration process in person.
  • Depending on the City Council, the CUSTOMER will receive the registration form on the same day of the appointment (for example, in Catalonia, Madrid, Valencia), or, alternatively, it will be sent to their home within one to six weeks (for example, in Andalusia).
  • With the issued Registration form, ENTRE TRÁMITES will arrange an appointment at any National Police Station corresponding to the province of the CLIENT’s residence and subject to availability, so that the CLIENT can carry out the fingerprinting procedure for the issuance of the Foreigner’s Identity Card (TIE) in person.
  • The CUSTOMER must have previously paid fee 790 012 directly to a bank before attending the police appointment.
  • If required, ENTRE TRÁMITES will arrange an appointment for the collection of the TIE, between 30 and 45 days after the fingerprinting.

Customer Obligations

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information and documentation necessary for the processing of both documents.

Management Report on Adequate Housing

This service manages the application for a suitable housing report, a mandatory document for the family reunification process that certifies that the CLIENT has a home that meets the habitability requirements to accommodate their family.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary documentation relating to their home, such as the rental agreement or property deed, the habitability certificate, and their collective registration certificate.
  • The CLIENT must be available for a possible inspection of the home by the City Council’s technical services, if required.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the necessary information for the consultation, including the application file number and the submission date.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for accessing the corresponding electronic records to verify the current status of the file.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT about the status of their application and notify them of any new developments or requirements from the Administration.

State Public Employment Service (SEPE) Report Management

This service manages the request for a report from the SEPE (Spanish State Employment Service) certifying that the job offered to a non-EU citizen cannot be filled by a Spanish or European Union worker. This report is an essential requirement for applying for residency and employment.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary information and documentation regarding the job offer, the profile of the worker to be hired, and the company details.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for preparing and submitting the report request to the SEPE.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will monitor the process and notify the CLIENT of the final resolution once the report is issued.

Request for Domain and Load Certificates

This service manages the application and obtaining of a certificate from the Property Registry that certifies ownership of a property and any encumbrances or liens (mortgages, liens, etc.) that weigh on it.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the information necessary to identify the property, including the exact address and details of the owner(s).

Spanish Nationality by Letter of Naturalization from the Consulate

Replacement / appeal

This service manages the filing of administrative appeals (reposition or appeal) against unfavorable resolutions by the Public Administration.

  • The CLIENTundertakes to deliver such documentation in an agile and timely manner to allowENTRE TRAMITEScan comply with the legal deadlines established by the Administration.
  • ENTRE TRAMITESwill be responsible for analyzing the request and preparing the official response.
  • ENTRE TRAMITESwill submit the additional documentation required in the CLIENT’s file within the legal deadline.
  • ENTRE TRAMITESwill provide the CLIENT with proof of submission of the request.

Cancellation of Criminal/Police Records in Spain

This service manages the legal and administrative process to request the cancellation of criminal or police records, allowing the deletion of records once the deadlines have been met andlegal requirements.

  • Any document individually

Services included

    • Assign a specialist to review the document provided by the CLIENT.
    • Verify the validity of the document, its format, and that it meets the specific requirements for the purpose that the CLIENT will give it.

Half Pack (Registration + TIE)

This service is a package designed for clients already in Spain who need to register with the Municipal Registry and obtain their Foreigner’s Identity Card (TIE). This is an individual service.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING POLICE APPOINTMENTS: Obtaining an appointment at the Police Station depends on availability in the city, and an exact date cannot be promised. This service is designed to process the Foreigner Identity Number (NIE) for individuals who do not intend to reside in Spain but need it to complete specific legal or tax procedures. This is an individual service.

DNI Application

This service is designed to assist and manage the application or renewal of the National Identity Document (DNI) for Spanish citizens. Appointments will depend on the city, and an exact date cannot be promised. The estimated time is between 3 and 6 weeks. This is an individual service.

Common-law couple: management with a notary

This service focuses on the management and coordination of establishing a common-law partnership through a notarial public deed.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the necessary documentation for the formation of a de facto partnership, including the identity documents of both members and the certificate of registration that proves cohabitation, among others.
  • The CLIENT must appear in person at the notary’s office on the agreed date and time to sign the public deed.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will advise clients on the specific requirements of their autonomous community.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will handle all procedures and coordination with the notary, including preparing the necessary documentation for the appointment.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform CLIENTS about the process and deliver the public deed to them once it is issued.

  • Depending on the City Council, the CUSTOMER will receive the registration form on the same day of the appointment (for example, in Catalonia, Madrid, Valencia), or, alternatively, it will be sent to their home within one to six weeks (for example, in Andalusia).

This service handles the final procedures for acquiring Spanish nationality, including requesting an appointment for the swearing-in ceremony and registering it with the Civil Registry. NIF application for a foreign individual without NIE/DNI

This service is designed to process the obtaining of a Tax Identification Number (NIF) for foreign individuals who do not have a DNI or NIE. The NIF is a requirement for conducting tax transactions in Spain.

The AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency) has the authority to assign a NIF (Tax Identification Number) to the following individuals:

  • K: Spanish minors under 14 years of age who are not required to have a DNI (National Identity Document).
  • L: Individuals with dual nationality (one of which is Spanish) who do not reside in Spain.
  • M: Non-resident individuals who are directors of non-resident companies.
  • Outside of these cases, the competent authority to issue the NIE (Foreigner Identity Number) is the General Directorate of the Police.
  • If the applicant does not demonstrate that they fall into any of the aforementioned situations that authorize the AEAT to assign a NIF, the application will be closed without further processing.

 

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary documentation, including a photocopy of their valid passport and documentation justifying why they are not required to have a NIE (if applicable).
  • The CLIENT must sign the official form (Model 030) that will be submitted by ENTRE TRÁMITES on his/her behalf.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for completing and submitting Form 030 to the Electronic Registry of the Tax Agency.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will track the process and send the NIF assigned to the CLIENT once it is issued by the Tax Agency.
  • Depending on the Tax Agency Office, the procedure can be submitted online or an in-person appointment must be requested. In the case of an in-person procedure, ENTRE TRÁMITES will request the appointment, and the CLIENT must appear in person at the Tax Agency Office on the date and time indicated, if the procedure cannot be processed online.

  • The CUSTOMER must pay an additional fee for the rescheduling of the appointment, given that the original appointment was requested based on the availability indicated by the CUSTOMER, and the rescheduling represents an additional service.

This service manages the renewal process for long-term residence permits in Spain, a procedure completed every five years to maintain the right to reside indefinitely in the country. This is an individual service.

Customer Obligations

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information and documentation necessary for the processing of the document.
  • The CLIENT must inform of their availability to attend the appointments, as well as attend them.
  • The CLIENT must be available on the day and time indicated, as the availability of this appointment depends directly on the Public Administration and not on ENTRE TRÁPETES.

  • In-person accompaniment to any appointment.
  • If the CLIENT needs to prioritize their appointment as an urgent appointment, they will have to pay an additional fee for prioritization management.

  • Once any of the appointments have been confirmed, based on the CLIENT’s availability, if the CLIENT decides not to attend, they must pay an additional fee so that ENTRE TRÁMITES can request a new appointment.

Long-term EU renewal

This service manages the renewal process for EU long-term residence permits, a type of residence permit granted to non-EU citizens who have continuously and legally resided in another European Union Member State. This permit is renewed every five years to maintain the right to reside in the country. This is an individual service.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING POLICE APPOINTMENTS: Obtaining an appointment at the Police Station depends on availability in the city, and an exact date cannot be promised. ENTRE TRÁMITES will allow up to 6 weeks to search for and process the appointment. However, this does not guarantee that the appointment will be obtained within those 6 weeks; however, the date confirmed by the Administration may be scheduled for 2 months or more in the future.

 

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the necessary documentation and information for the renewal, including their valid Foreigner Identity Card (TIE), passport, and any other evidence that proves compliance with the legal requirements.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will review the information and documentation to verify that the CLIENT meets all the requirements for submitting and requesting both procedures.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will arrange an appointment at any National Police Station corresponding to the province of the CLIENT’s residence and subject to availability, so that the CLIENT can carry out the fingerprinting procedure for the issuance of the Foreigner’s Identity Card (TIE) in person.
  • The CUSTOMER must have previously paid fee 790 012 directly to a bank before attending the police appointment.
  • If required, ENTRE TRÁMITES will arrange an appointment for the collection of the TIE, between 30 and 45 days after the fingerprinting.

This service manages the administrative process for the recognition of a high school diploma obtained abroad, officially recognizing its equivalence with a Spanish diploma.

Request for a copy of a Birth Certificate from the Civil Registry (online)

This service manages the request for a certified copy of a birth certificate through the Civil Registry electronically.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information necessary to complete the application, including their personal information, date and place of birth, and their parents’ information.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for completing and submitting the application form to the Ministry of Justice’s Electronic Office.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will monitor the process and inform the CLIENT of the status of the request.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT when the copy of the certificate has been sent to their home address or, if it can be received digitally, will send it to them once it has been issued.

Request for a copy of a death certificate

This service manages requests for a certified copy of a death certificate from the Civil Registry, a document required for inheritance, pension, and other legal procedures.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information necessary to make the request, including the complete details of the deceased (name, surname, date and place of death) and the applicant’s personal details to justify the request.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for completing and submitting the application form to the Ministry of Justice’s Electronic Office or for processing the application in person.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will track the request and inform the CLIENT of the status of the procedure.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT when the copy of the certificate has been sent to their home address or, if it can be received digitally, will send it to them once it has been issued.

Marriage Registration

This service manages the registration process in the Spanish Civil Registry for a marriage celebrated abroad, giving it full legal validity in Spain.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the necessary documentation for marriage registration, including the foreign marriage certificate, the birth certificates of both spouses and their identification documents, among others.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for preparing all the documents required for the marriage file and submitting them to the corresponding Civil Registry.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for managing and requesting the appointment at the Civil Registry, so that the CLIENT can complete the procedure in person.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will monitor the process and notify the CLIENT of the resolution once the registration is effective.

This service manages the process of changing your name and/or surname at the Civil Registry, including requesting an appointment and preparing the necessary documentation.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the information and documentation required to justify the change, such as the existence of an incorrect first or last name, the habitual use of a different name, or the need to adapt the name to the traditional form of a foreign culture.
  • The CLIENT must appear in person at the Civil Registry on the date and time of the appointment.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for preparing all the documents required for the name and surname change file.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for managing and requesting an appointment at the Civil Registry.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will monitor the process and notify the CLIENT of the final decision once the change is effective.

Criminal record request (by mail)

This service is designed for clients who are Spanish or foreign citizens and who have resided or stayed in Spain and have a Spanish criminal record, which we can request. Additionally,The client is located outside of Spain without the possibility of requesting the Digital Certificate.

  • ENTRE TRAMITES sends the client the application form to be submitted for subsequent signature.
  • THE CLIENT sends the following documentation by post to the address of ENTRE TRÁMITES:
    • Certified copy of your passport
    • Certified copy of your DNI/NIE
    • The application form signed by THE CLIENT.
  • Once ENTRE TRAMITES has the original documentation:
    • ENTRE TRAMITES, make the payment of the fee.
    • BETWEEN PROCESSES, submit the application to the Ministry of Justice.
    • Once the documentation is submitted, it usually takes 10 days to receive the Criminal Record.
    • ENTRE TRAMITES sends the scanned Criminal Record to the CLIENT by email

Cancellation of criminal/police records in Spain

This service manages the legal and administrative process for requesting the expungement of criminal or police records in Spain. This procedure allows for the deletion of records once the legal deadlines and requirements have been met.

  • The CLIENT must schedule and attend a mandatory consultation with a specialist before contracting the service.
  • Once the initial consultation is completed, ENTRE TRÁMITES will send a quote by email to the CLIENT.
  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary documentation, including the criminal record certificate they wish to cancel, the court ruling on the conviction, and any other evidence demonstrating that the legal requirements for cancellation have been met.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for verifying the viability of the application and preparing and submitting the official form to the Ministry of Justice or the competent authority.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will monitor the process and notify the CLIENT of the final decision, as well as obtaining the cancellation certificate.

Sworn Translation Service

 

  • The CUSTOMER may request a quote without obligation.
  • Rates for simple and long-form certified translations are based on a price per word, based on the original text. This way, we guarantee transparency and clarity in all our quotes, which can be fully verified by the client or requester.
  • Additional or parallel work to the translation, such as photocomposition or graphic editing, is considered separately.
  • The rates for short certified translations (such as birth certificates, criminal record certificates, single status certificates, marriage certificates, etc.) are minimal per translation page.
  • The quality of our translations and interpretations is certified by the following standards: ISO 9001:2008 and UNE-EN 15038:2006.

Apostille of US and Mexican documents (quoted based on budget)

This service manages the apostille process for public and private documents issued in the United States and Mexico, certifying their authenticity so they are valid internationally.

Services included

  • The CUSTOMER may request a quote without obligation.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for managing the apostille process in all 50 states of the U.S. and Mexico, through its partner offices.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will coordinate the shipment of apostilled documents to any part of the world.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for processing the apostille for federal documents (such as FBI documents) and company incorporation certificates.
  • An urgent service is offered, which will have an additional cost.

Customer Obligations

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the original documents for the procedures (public documents) or copies (private documents).
  • The CLIENT must send the original documents to the physical offices indicated.
  • The CUSTOMER must pay for the service in advance.

Certificate of membership in professional associations

This service manages the process of obtaining an official document certifying that a professional (such as a doctor or nurse) is registered with their respective professional association, which is a legal requirement for practicing in Spain.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with the necessary documentation for membership, including academic qualifications, identification documents, and any other requirements imposed by the corresponding professional association.
  • The CLIENT will be responsible for the fees and charges established by the professional association for the membership process.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will advise the CLIENT on the specific requirements of their profession and association.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for preparing and submitting the membership application and managing the process until the certificate is obtained.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will track the application and deliver the membership certificate to the CLIENT once it has been issued.

MEL (Physician in Free Practice) Procedure

This service manages the process for a physician to register under the specific scheme for Independent Practitioners (MEL), as an alternative to the general scheme for self-employed workers.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all the necessary documentation for processing, including their university degree, membership certificate, and identification documents.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for advising the CLIENT on the specifics of the MEL regime and the requirements for registration.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, you will prepare and submit the application for registration in the MEL scheme to the corresponding Social Security agencies.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will monitor the process and notify the CLIENT of the final decision once it is effective.

Driver’s license exchange

This service manages the process of exchanging a foreign driver’s license for a Spanish one, and is only applicable to countries that have an agreement with Spain.

Services included

  • ENTRE TRAMITES will be responsible for:
    • Request for an appointment with the police to verify the interested party’s residence.
    • Requesting an appointment at the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT).
    • Review of the documentation to be submitted by the client.
    • The request for an appointment for the Psychophysical Fitness Report.
    • The preparation of all forms to be submitted.

Customer Obligations

  • The CLIENT must attend all appointments in person (police and DGT).
  • The CUSTOMER must go to the authorized Driver Recognition Center to obtain their Psychophysical Fitness Report.
  • If a change of an already confirmed appointment is required, the client must pay an additional amount.
  • The CUSTOMER must pay the DGT fees, which vary depending on the type of vehicle:
    • Rate 2.3 (cars, motorcycles): €28.87.
    • Rate 2.1 (trucks and buses): €94.05.
  • The CLIENT must pay the cost of the Psychophysical Fitness Report, which can vary between €25 and €80.

Vehicle Deregistration

This service manages the final deregistration of historic vehicles (cars and mopeds) with the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT).

In-person consultations for immigration matters with a lawyer

This service offers the CLIENT the opportunity to receive specialized and personalized legal advice through an in-person consultation with a lawyer experienced in immigration law. The purpose is to resolve doubts, analyze the legal situation, and guide the CLIENT on specific immigration procedures such as residence permits, work permits, nationality, family reunification, renewals, and appeals.

  • The service includes a face-to-face consultation of a specified duration (e.g., 60 minutes).
    It does not include the drafting or submission of documents, appeals, or additional administrative procedures (these are quoted separately).
  • The CLIENT must schedule their in-person appointment through the Calendly link provided on the website.
  • The CLIENT will attend the appointment in person at the office located in the town of Barajas, Madrid, on the agreed date and time.
  •  The CLIENT is responsible for providing the lawyer with all truthful and relevant information and documentation for a proper understanding of their case.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will send the CLIENT an automatic confirmation of the appointment, including details and a reminder.
  • During the 60-minute in-person consultation, the lawyer from ENTRE TRÁMITES will listen to the CLIENT’s case, review the provided documentation, and offer oral legal advice.
  •  At the end of the consultation, the lawyer will provide the CLIENT with a list of recommended next steps.
  • If the CLIENT requires an additional service (such as drafting an appeal or submitting an application), ENTRE TRÁMITES will provide a separate quote.

This service manages the change of name or ownership of vehicles (cars and mopeds) in the records of the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT).

Urban Leasing Law (initial Burofax submission)

This service consists of drafting and sending an initial certified letter to formalize communication in various situations related to an urban lease agreement. The certified letter is the first step in initiating a formal agreement or notification process.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary documentation and information regarding the status of their rental contract and a description of its purpose, such as:
    • Remain in the property under legal conditions.
    • Abandon the property.
    • Formalize the notice to terminate the contract.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for studying the specific legal situation and, based on the Urban Leasing Law, will draft the burofax with the appropriate legal arguments.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for sending the burofax to the real estate agency or landlord, seeking to reach an agreement on the conditions desired by the CLIENT or formalizing the corresponding advance notice.

Divorces

This service offers comprehensive legal and administrative support for divorce proceedings in Spain, ensuring compliance with current legislation and the protection of the client’s rights.

  • The CLIENT will provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary and accurate information and documentation, including the spouses’ details, the marriage certificate, the registration certificate, and any other required documents.
  • The CLIENT agrees to actively collaborate in the process, verifying and signing documents when necessary (for example, the regulatory agreement) and attending in-person appointments.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will provide an initial consultation to determine the most appropriate type of divorce (express, contentious, with or without children/assets), which will determine the procedure and cost.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for the verification, organization, and, if necessary, the management of translations and apostilles for all documents.
  • ENTRE TRAMITES, the Regulatory Agreement and the corresponding divorce petition will be prepared.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for managing and filing the case with the Notary (for express divorces without children or assets) or the Court (for divorces with children or contested divorces). In the case of judicial proceedings, ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for hiring a solicitor, who will work on the case management.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will inform the CLIENT about each progress of the procedure until the divorce decree or notarial deed is obtained.

Traffic Accident Claim Management

This service consists of advice and out-of-court management for claims for compensation for personal and property damage resulting from traffic accidents.

Services included

  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for collecting and analyzing all documentation provided by the CLIENT to assess the viability of the claim.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will calculate the total compensation according to legal scales, including personal injuries (sick leave, after-effects), material damages, and other justified expenses.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will be responsible for drafting and sending a formal out-of-court claim (burofax) to the responsible insurer, requesting a reasoned offer of compensation.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will manage all communication with the insurer during the legal response period.
  • ENTRE TRÁMITES will advise the CLIENT on whether to accept or reject the insurer’s compensation offer.

Services NOT included

  • The management of any legal proceedings or claims. If the out-of-court process is unsuccessful, ENTRE TRÁMITES will refer the case to a specialized collaborator.
  • Legal costs or fees of collaborators in the event that legal action is necessary.

Customer Obligations

  • The CLIENT must provide ENTRE TRÁMITES with all necessary and accurate documentation, including:
    • Part of the accident the police certificate.
    • First aid report (within 72 hours of the accident).
    • Medical and work leave reports.
    • Rehabilitation and discharge reports (with assessment of after-effects).
    • Supplementary reports of radiological tests.
    • Receipts and invoices to justify shipping costs or damaged items.

Fee

  • The service will be charged based on success at a rate of 10% of the total value of the compensation obtained by the CLIENT in the out-of-court phase.

  • Available languages: Spanish and English
  • The CLIENT must send us the details of their case in advance so that we can study the issue prior to the consultation.
  • The CLIENT will be assisted by an advisor specialized in the subject matter of their inquiry (Immigration / Accounting – Tax / Labor). Depending on the topic requested, ENTRE TRÁMITES will assign you one advisor or another member of our team. Therefore, it is important that you specify the exact topic you wish to address in the “Description of your inquiry” section so that you can be assisted by the advisor with the most experience in that matter.
  • The booking form asks the CLIENT how they would like to conduct the consultation: by phone or Google Meets video call.
  • The contract form asks the CLIENT for their preferred day and time.
  • No matter what country the CLIENT is in, ENTR TRÁMITES adapts to their schedule.
  • If after the following first month (30 days), the CLIENT contracts a service whose value is equal to or greater than 250 euros, ENTRE TRÁMITES will refund the amount of the consultation in the first invoice.
  • To ensure quality and improve service, ENTRE TRÁMITES reserves the right to record or transcribe consultations conducted via video call or telephone. These recordings or transcriptions will be used solely for quality assurance, training, and case follow-up purposes. The CLIENT acknowledges and accepts this condition by contracting the service.

Entre Trámites offers a comprehensive labor outsourcing service, which includes the search, selection, hiring, and management of specific collaborators, in accordance with the requirements established by the CLIENT. This service is designed to simplify the administration of subcontracted personnel, ensuring that the CLIENT has trained and managed talent to meet their labor needs.

Scope of Service

 

  • Entre Trámites will be responsible for the selection, hiring, and management of collaborators, according to the CLIENT’s requirements.
  • The selection process includes profile validation, interviews, and a final proposal of candidates to the client, who will have the final decision on the hiring.

Service Provider Responsibilities

 

  • Entre Trámites will oversee the initial selection and hiring process and manage employee payrolls.
  • Employees will be governed by the employment and benefits policies stipulated by the CLIENT, who will be responsible for supervising their daily activities and performance.
  • Entre Trámites can offer additional training upon request by the CLIENT and at an additional cost.
  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the service, both during the term of the contract and for three years thereafter.

Fees and Payments

 

  • Entre Trámites will invoice the CLIENT monthly, who must make payment on the first day of each month.
  • Any additional costs must be approved by the CLIENT prior to execution.

Limitation of Liability

 

  • Entre Trámites is not responsible for performance decisions or evaluations made by the CLIENT regarding collaborators.
  • No liability is assumed for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the service.
