- The procedure “Communication and variation of contact data”.
- Explain the reason for your letter, request, or communication.
- Attach the DNI / NIE on both sides.
- Attach Form TA1 properly filled in and signed.
How to request the rectification of your Social Security data at their OFFICES
One of the options for updating your data is going to the local office of the Social Security General Treasury (TGSS). Generally, it is not necessary to make an appointment, and the opening hours are from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
