The accrual of the Fee 052, in favor of the Public Treasury, occurs when the authorization or document is requested. The voluntary period for its payment is ten business days from the admission of the application for processing.
INSTRUCTIONS OF USE
- The identification box of Form 790-052 must include the physical or legal person requesting or receiving the services or activities.
- The Form 790 that is generated will not be valid if it does not have a digital certification or, in its absence, an authorized signature of a collaborating financial institution with the AEAT for the collection of fees. Likewise, it will be considered valid when there is a confirmation of transfer from the applicant to the Public Treasury of the amount of the fees.

Ways to pay the Fee 052
First, we must access the Electronic Office of Public Administrations. And we have two options to pay the Immigration Fee 052:
On the Internet
- Access Form 790 of Payment and Electronic Registration of Fee 052: Processing of residence authorizations and other documentation for foreign citizens.
- Select the province in which you want to present the fee.
- Make the online payment of the Fee 052 by clicking on the “Make Payment” button on the form and following the necessary steps in the AEAT payment gateway.
- Attention: For the process to be complete, it is essential that you carry out the rest of the steps indicated below.
- Make the Electronic Registration of the Fee, by filling in the pertinent data of the electronic form and clicking the “Sign and Send” button.
- Download and print the receipt returned for the Electronic Registration.
- Carry out the rest of the procedures associated with the fee.
- If you wish, you can check the status of the Payment and Electronic Registration of your fees in the “My Files” tab.
Fill in and print Fee 052
- Access the Form of the Fee 052: Processing of residence authorizations and other documentation for foreign citizens.
- Select the province in which you want to present the fee.
- Get the PDF document by clicking the “Get Document” button on the form and print all the pages of the form.
- Pay or debit the corresponding amount in the corresponding Financial Entity, presenting the copies of Form 790 in the Financial Entity even in the case of debit in the account.
- Submit the document to the corresponding office.
The “Copy for Administration” of Form 790, in which the payment procedure is recorded, must be sent to the competent administrative body for processing the document within fifteen days from the date of payment in the collaborating entity.
