How long does it take to register a worker in the Social Security?

The registration can be done on the same day, but it must be presented before the worker starts working. It is a mandatory procedure to formalize the hiring and activate the Social Security coverage.

After becoming legally unemployed, you must register as a job seeker with the SEPE and submit the application along with your ID card, company certificate, and bank account number. We can help you with the whole process telematically, learn more details on the page of management and application for unemployment benefits (Paro).

You can modify data such as address, marital status or bank account through the Social Security Electronic Office with digital certificate or Cl@ve. If you prefer, we can manage it for you, contact us.

If you wish to contract this service, we will need you to provide some essential documents:

  • Current employee contracts.
  • Payrolls for the current fiscal year.
  • Last TC2. RNT (Nominal List of Workers).
  • In case there has been any liquidation, payroll summary of the fiscal year.

What is the price and payment method?

The prices that you will see on the specific page of each service are the final prices (+ 21% VAT to be applied).
