How long does it take to register a worker in the Social Security?
The registration can be done on the same day, but it must be presented before the worker starts working. It is a mandatory procedure to formalize the hiring and activate the Social Security coverage.
How do I apply for unemployment benefits (paro)?
After becoming legally unemployed, you must register as a job seeker with the SEPE and submit the application along with your ID card, company certificate, and bank account number. We can help you with the whole process telematically, learn more details on the page of management and application for unemployment benefits (Paro).
What formalities do I need to consider when hiring foreign employees?
You can modify data such as address, marital status or bank account through the Social Security Electronic Office with digital certificate or Cl@ve. If you prefer, we can manage it for you, contact us.

It is important to clarify that some specific services are NOT included in our main labor advice offer. These are:
- Application for Unique Social Security Number (NUSS) for individuals.
- Affiliation of beneficiaries to Social Security.
- Maternity/paternity leave.

How does it work?
Within a maximum of one working day we will contact you with further details about the specific documentation and data we need to start providing the service.
The manager assigned to you will contact you directly to initiate the management process.
What documentation do I need to hire?
If you wish to contract this service, we will need you to provide some essential documents:
- Current employee contracts.
- Payrolls for the current fiscal year.
- Last TC2. RNT (Nominal List of Workers).
- In case there has been any liquidation, payroll summary of the fiscal year.
Payment
What is the price and payment method?
The prices that you will see on the specific page of each service are the final prices (+ 21% VAT to be applied).
Each month, from the date of contracting, we will charge you a recurring payment.

Can I ask for a refund?
Yes, you can request cancellation of the service as long as your personal agent has NOT started to manage your documentation to initiate the process. The money will be refunded to your card within 14 days.
