  • Let us know if you have a digital certificate.
  • Copy of Spanish ID (DNI) or Foreigner Identification Number (NIE).
  • Tax returns filed on the last tax period.
  • Last submited Personal Income Tax Return (Renta).

  • Registration, cancellation and variations of employees.
  • Monthly delivery of Social Security bureaucracies.
  • Management of temporary disability reports, both for common and professional contingencies (Common Illness and Work Accidents), as well as their processing in the Red and Delt @ System. 

We manage everything related to personal income tax (IRPF) regarding your workforce:

  • Communication of data to the company for the calculation of personal income tax (form 145).
  • Calculation of personal income tax for employees according to personal and family situation.
  • Preparation and presentation of the payment on account of monthly / quarterly personal income tax withholdings (models 111/216) and the annual summary of personal income tax withholdings (model 190/296). State and provincial regime.
  • Preparation of Withholding Certificates.

Employee Portal: you will have direct access to a platform, where you can access your workers  personal data, modify them whenever you want, and download all the labor documentation (payroll, withholding certificate, etc.)
