What is Form TA6?
Of all the required steps to create a company, one of them is the registration of the entrepreneur with Social Security and the opening of their first or main contribution account.
This procedure is carried out using Form TA6, which must be submitted to the General Treasury of Social Security:
- In person, at the nearest location to the address of the business.
- Electronically, through the Electronic Office of Social Security (if you have a digital certificate or [email protected]).
When you apply for this registration, you must state the managing or collaborating entity you choose to cover the risks of workplace accidents and occupational disease.
