If you are a self-employed worker, Form TA6 is the one that you will need to fill out when hiring employees for your business. This way you will be registered as an employer with Social Security and be able to choose the type of scheme that applies to you.
What is Form TA6?
Of all the required steps to create a company, one of them is the registration of the entrepreneur with Social Security and the opening of their first or main contribution account.
This procedure is carried out using Form TA6, which must be submitted to the General Treasury of Social Security:
- In person, at the nearest location to the address of the business.
- Electronically, through the Electronic Office of Social Security (if you have a digital certificate or Cl@ve).
When you apply for this registration, you must state the managing or collaborating entity you choose to cover the risks of workplace accidents and occupational disease.
