What is Arraigo para la formación? (Arraigo for Training/Studies)
It is a type of residence under exceptional circumstances, designed for non-European individuals who are in an irregular situation in Spain and aspire to regularize their migratory status.
This alternative allows such persons to choose to enroll in training courses or to study, therefore smoothing the way towards obtaining this arraigo (roots) for a period of 12 months (extendable).

Legal residency in Spain
This permit grants legal residency to beneficiaries and their families, providing stability and allowing them to live legally in the country. In addition, social and health services are available.
Possibility of legal employment
Owners of this authorization are entitled to work in Spain under the same conditions as Spanish citizens.
Transit within the Schengen Area:
It allows unrestricted transit within the Schengen Area, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of visiting other member countries without the need for visas or frontier controls.
Conditions and Documentation
- NOT be a citizen of the European Union.
- Have stayed continuously in Spain for a minimum period of two years prior to the application for authorization. Continuous residence is understood to be if the absences have not exceeded 90 days in the last two years.
- Application document Form EX10, filled and signed.
- Criminal record certificate from the country or countries in which you were resident in the last 5 years.
- Evidence of payment of the temporary residence fee for exceptional circumstances (Form 790-052).
- Complete copy of valid passport or travel document (valid for at least four months).
- All documents must be legalised and/or apostilled and translated to spanish or co-official language of the territory where the application is submitted.

Commitment to attend training (which will be reflected in the official application form or in a written statement), and which may be:
1. Regulated training for employment, to obtain a certificate of professionalism, to get the certification of technical aptitude or professional qualification necessary for the exercise of a specific occupation or one promoted by the Servicios Públicos de Empleo (Public Employment Services).
2. Courses to develop or update training or professional skills and competencies and other specific lifelong learning courses.
Note: The enrolment must be completed within 3 months of the notification of the favourable decision of the authorization in order for it to be attached to the application file.

They have made a big mistake with my taxes and I have lost the right to a flat rate which means I will be charged 3 x as much per month for being autonomo as I should be. Haven't responded at all to my complaint, no apology no justification nothing. Please use a legit Spanish company like Vilar & associates who are not trying to resolve this issue for me. Don't waste your money. *update* I have just found just found out I am in debt of over 3000 euros to the government because of this company's incompetence. I have contacted them with my complain but of course no response. Having just had a baby and on maternity leave until recently, now finding out I owe this and I paid this company to sort these issues for me but they have well and truly dropped me in the ***. will be taking legal action.

Poco profesional , los abogados están más interesados en cobrar el servicio más alto así no sea el indicado , ni posible . Ofrecen un 98% de éxito para cerrar la venta y a la hora de la verdad cuando es hora de entregar resultados se desaparecen. MUY POCO PROFESIONALES. Estoy segura que si hacen un poco de research encuentran un lugar mejor, funcionan como un software y no como un bufete de abogados responsables.

En mi caso me ofrecieron un servicio que no era acorde an mis necesidades solo porque el valor era superior . Pedí un reembolso y no han sido capaces de reembolsar el dinero. Tampoco completaron el servicio.
