JUAN CARLOS SERNA OSPINA17/10/2025 Información clara .amabilidad en la reunion Grant Hall15/10/2025 We had some real concerns and questions about the higher levels of tax in Spain compared to the US and if our planned move in a year or so was viable. After talking to Louis, he answered all our questions and clarified a lot of other important aspects of such a move. I would definitely recommend using his services and we plan to utilize them more in the future. Helen Zaher15/10/2025 Sara Prickett13/10/2025 Merih Dedeler09/10/2025 I had a very professional and extensive consultation service. Looking forward to work with you. Francisco Rubiño07/10/2025 Rapidos y muy prefesionales. Kayla De Silva07/10/2025 Provides detailed minutes of discussion after the call which is extremely helpful. Nicolas has assisted me greatly in my concerns. HASAN JAVED06/10/2025 Maui Doogles04/10/2025 Within minutes, Louis showed me how I could avoid many thousands in Spanish capital gains taxes on the sale of my home next year by delaying my entry into Spain as a resident until after the first half of the year. He advised me on other tax matters, including the property transaction tax incurred when buying a home in Spain, about 10% of the purchase price. He cautioned me not to rush into buying a home in Spain, but wait until I find the ideal property. He also advised me about banking and investments, and gave me information on the various tax forms I would need to fill out as a resident. Lastly, he gave me advice on currency exchange and sent me the links. It was a busy half hour! But so worth it! I look forward to working with Louis as I continue the process of securing a visa and becoming a resident. Thank you Louis, you're a star!Google rating score: 4.6 of 5, based on 507 reviews
