Form 01 – Vehicle Procedures is one of the most used forms for a multitude of vehicle procedures in the DGT, such as:

  • Duplicate of circulation permit due to loss, damage, theft, change of address, personal or technical data.
  • Temporary permits for companies or private drivers.
  • Temporary or definitive deregistration of vehicles: voluntary, subtraction/theft, end of the lease, export, or community transit.
