*Confirmation of the appointment may take between 2 and 3 days. Once the fingerprinting is done, the TIE will be ready to pick up at the police 45 days later.

Case 1: You already have the EU Registration Certificate (green card – NIE)
Case 2: You still do not have the EU Registration Certificate (green card – NIE)
Remember that you have until December 31st 2020 to legalize your situation in Spain. As of January 1st 2021, your benefits as a European citizen will be lost.
Case 1:
- Form Ex 23
- Valid and valid passport.
- Registration in Spain (Empadronamiento)
- Previous green card.
- Fee 790 012 paid and signed.
- A photography
Case 2:
- Application form EX-20
- Valid and valid passport of the applicant.
- Documentation proving that the applicant is included in the personal scope of the Agreement, specifically, of the beginning of their residence in Spain.
- Employed worker: Employment contract
- Self-employed worker: Registration in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers.
- Students: Academic enrollment in a study center
- Registration in Spain (Empadronamiento)
- Annual health insurance.
- Sufficient financial resources to support himself and / or also the family members who live with you.
When the procedure is approved, an appointment must be made to take fingerprints at the police station within a month to request that the granted residence card be issued. Documentation of Case 1 must be provided.
