Totalization of contributions
Combine your contributions from different countries and access your pension smoothly

What is the totalization of contributions?
The totalization of contributions is a process that allows you to bring your contributions to Spain, adding up the contribution periods made in different countries with which there are bilateral or multilateral Social Security agreements. This makes it easier for workers who have developed their careers in more than one country to access benefits such as retirement, disability or survivors’ benefits, taking into account all the years worked abroad.

Siddharth Nambiar18/08/2025 Great team. Gareth Jones14/08/2025 Entre Trámites helped me apply for my visa to live and work in Spain. They also helped me with additional information that was requested for the application. The application was successful and I'm very happy with the service provided. Victor Gonzalez11/08/2025 Javier Mendez05/08/2025 Aaron Parr31/07/2025 I am so grateful to have found Entre Trámites. The process of moving to Spain is incredibly complicated and slow, but I was able to get my residency certificate in just 6 weeks. The team are very responsive, due diligent, and empathetic. I was able to understand what I needed to do at every step, and I could not done this without them. Special thanks to Jesica Delgado, who was my gestor for the NIE, Padron, and CUE process. Jesica went above and beyond to help me with my residency application. I'm blown away by Jesica's due diligence and competence. When I was in a pinch, she was always very responsive and supportive. And Jesica always made things super clear. Also Julieth Bercerra has been brilliant as an accountant. The process of becoming autonomo is also confusing, but she has helped understand what I need to do at every step. It is such a pleasure to work with her now and moving forwards. Lastly Daniela Jarma was brilliant at onboarding me into the process. I really did not know enough about getting residency in Spain, but she listened to my situation and presented me with options in a way that was so easy to understand. From start to finish, and on-going, I have the utmost appreciate for the work of this company. If you need support with paperwork, I would recommend no one else! mairys colina24/07/2025 Excelente atencion y servicio Agustina Huertas23/07/2025 MUHAMMED SHAMIL KK23/07/2025 Vic Hernandez22/07/2025 Louis made what felt like an overwhelming process so much easier. We had so many questions about Spanish taxes, moving timelines, and how to handle our U.S. retirement accounts. He explained everything clearly and gave us a plan that made sense for our situation. His email follow-up was incredibly thorough—it included all the details we needed to take the right steps. Honestly, I don’t know how we would have figured this out without his guidance. Highly recommend him to anyone considering a move to Spain!Google rating score: 4.6 of 5, based on 433 reviews
