Requirements and necessary documentation

Registration in the Census of Economic Activities (IAE):

Certificate of non-existence of tax or legal debts:
A document issued by the home country's tax or judicial authorities demonstrating that the parent company has no outstanding debts or active litigation, reinforcing its solvency and regulatory compliance.
