Most Common SEPE Forms

Remember that filling out the application by this means doesn’t mean that you have already submitted it to the State Public Employment Service. For this you must go to the nearest office of benefits, after requesting an appointment at the SEPE’s Electronic Headquarters or by calling their phone number to schedule an appointment.
 
You can also submit the application at any public registry office by sending it by administrative mail or on the SEPE website. On this same page are available the folders and information sheets containing the basic information necessary to complete the applications for benefits.
