What is Form EX10 used for?
It is used to apply for a residence permit or a residence and work permit when the following cases occur:
- Social arraigo, labor arraigo, or family arraigo.
- International protection.
- Forced displacement.
- Humanitarian reasons, such as being a victim of certain crimes, supervening illness, being a minor displaced for medical treatment, or being in a situation that threatens family or personal safety.
- Collaboration with administrative authorities.
- Collaboration with police, prosecutors, or judicial authorities.
- National security reasons.
- Public interest.
- Child of a victim of gender violence under 16 years of age or disabled in Spain.
- Child of a trafficking victim under 16 years of age or disabled in Spain.
- Unaccompanied foreign minor, already of legal age, not a holder of a residence permit.
- Other unforeseen circumstances, which are the responsibility of the SEIE (State System of Education Indicators) with a prior report from the SES (Secretaría de Estado de Seguridad).
Who can apply?
The foreigner or their legal representative may request it personally, especially in cases where they are minors or people with a disability.
What are the required documents besides Form EX10?

Where do I have to submit the application?
As a general rule, the application is usually submitted to the Immigration Office of the province in which the foreigner lives.
