I have relocated to Spain from the UK. Louis was very knowledgeable on both Spanish and UK tax regimes and rules. Straight talking and confident. *continuation of previous negative review ~ after one email from them and another unauthorised action on my file without my permission they have gone quiet again. They have put me in immediate financial distress and haven’t even offered a refund for their services which clearly have been unprofessional and should be refunded. This looks like will have to go to court if they will not even respond to me and offer fair compensation. Please do not get involved with this form, pay a bit more and find a coumpany you can trust.

*continuation of previous negative review ~ it’s been 3 weeks now and this firm would rather respond to my negative reviews than answer my emails, to which I have sent multiple with no response. Fact remains even though they apologise I am in debt with social security thanks to them, I am paying out of pocket every month and they need to compensate me for their errors regardless of understanding how this all happened or who on the team is responsible. Apologies mean nothing, when a company leave you in financial distress you have a right to fair

FRAUD. Before I know they were bad and incompetent I contracted them (and paid) to do my tax returns. After I complained and requested money back, they simply ignored me. Horrible.

Absolutely horrible. All they had to do was fill out a simple modelo 030, they took FOREVER and messed up 3 times and now the person is in a worse place than where he started. This is so shameful. AVOID!
