Louis is engaging and very knowledgeable about both Spanish and US (and presumably UK) tax systems-- helping those who, like us, were looking to optimize our situation in order to mitigate taxes as much as possible whilst remaining compliant.  He has devised a good system to allow consultations with the expert (Louis) while keeping fees affordable, by having us work with others for routine matters.  My designated contact, Lina, has also been extremely responsive and even helped resolve a fee incorrectly levied by the social security administration. The one negative is there is sometimes a week or two lead time to get a meeting with Louis, however, in my experience he almost always emails me in a timely manner if needed and has even slid me in for an urgent live consult when there was a cancellation.
