Payments are made by wire transfer on the first day of each month. We suggest you schedule the transfer as recurring for your convenience.
The cost comprises the salary agreed with the professional + a monthly fee for our services, which varies according to the profile.
The contracted professional is entitled to 15 days of annual leave.
The professional will enjoy the holidays corresponding to their country of origin but can adjust them to align with your company’s holidays.
If the professional is incapacitated, we will inform you immediately and arrange the corresponding medical justification. If the absence exceeds three days, we will deduct the missed days from the monthly cost. If the absence is prolonged and a replacement is needed, we will initiate a new selection process at no additional cost.
We will conduct a joint assessment with your team to analyze the situation. If a replacement is needed, we will manage the search for a new candidate free of charge during the first two months after hiring.
