{"id":10785,"date":"2022-11-04T16:35:15","date_gmt":"2022-11-04T15:35:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/?p=10785"},"modified":"2023-08-03T17:26:17","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T15:26:17","slug":"how-to-make-online-sepe-appointments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/labor\/how-to-make-online-sepe-appointments","title":{"rendered":"How to make online appointments at the SEPE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The SEPE employment offices are now open to the public, always by appointment.\u00a0However, there are employment offices that are giving appointments for more than a month from now, and in others, there are not even available appointments.\u00a0Hence,\u00a0<strong>before requesting online SEPE appointments to be attended in person, the SEPE makes some recommendations<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If you have reliable identification means<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0(digital certificate, electronic DNI, or\u00a0cl@ave\u00a0) remember that you can carry out most of the procedures without much waiting at the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.sepe.gob.es\/portalSede\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>SEPE Electronic Office<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not have a digital certificate, electronic DNI or&nbsp;cl@ave, another alternative is using the&nbsp;<strong>online pre-application form<\/strong>.&nbsp;This is a new system for executing online processes which makes it possible to apply for benefits, some common procedures and to communicate with the SEPE via Internet without the need for the citizen to have electronic identification means.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If&nbsp;<strong>you need a manager to assist you in person at the employment office<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>you must request an appointment in advance.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below, in this post, we tell you <strong>how to request an appointment online with the SEPE<\/strong> step by step, we also share a tutorial with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Keep reading!<\/strong> And if you still have any doubts or need support for labor issues, you can contact Entre Tr\u00e1mites and we will solve them for you. Schedule a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/free-consultation-30-minutes\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"10340\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">free consultation<\/a><\/strong> if you are self-employed or SME!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Request a prior appointment at SEPE&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>INEM: step by step<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Access the official SEPE appointment link<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To get started, you must first enter the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sede.sepe.gob.es\/portalSede\/en\/procedimientos-y-servicios\/personas\/proteccion-por-desempleo\/cita-previa.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Electronic Headquarters<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0of the Public State Employment Service (SEPE).\u00a0Once inside, a new window will open to request your\u00a0<strong>appointment online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on\u00a0<strong>\u201cStart Application\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Enter personal data in the registry<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system will ask you\u00a0<strong>to register some personal information<\/strong>\u00a0such as the postal code, type of procedure, and your identity document number (DNI or NIE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The\u00a0<strong>postal code<\/strong>, for example, is used for the system to check if the Employment Office of your address\u00a0<strong>already works with the appointment system<\/strong>.\u00a0If you did not have it yet, a message would appear and\u00a0<strong>you would have to go to the office in person<\/strong>\u00a0to carry out the process.\u00a0If everything is fine, it will allow you to continue entering your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now,\u00a0<strong>fill in all the fields<\/strong>\u00a0of the form (procedure, sub-process, DNI\/NIE, etc).\u00a0You must write the number of the National Identity Document (DNI) or foreigner identifier, with\u00a0<strong>8 numbers and letter<\/strong>.\u00a0If the DNI has fewer numbers, fill in with zeros to the left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then, in the drop-down, indicate the\u00a0<strong>type of procedure or sub-process<\/strong>\u00a0that will be carried out at the\u00a0<strong>Employment Office<\/strong>.\u00a0It is important to use the\u00a0<strong>type of procedure that matches the management<\/strong>\u00a0you are going to carry out since there are some that have more time allotted than others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After filling in all the fields, the&nbsp;<strong>page will tell you if the office you choose is correct<\/strong>&nbsp;or not, if you confirm that it is, accept the message.&nbsp;Finally, select the day and time of the appointment for the assigned SEPE office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Confirmation of the assigned appointment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the appointment is correct, you must&nbsp;<strong>confirm it by filling in all the mandatory information on this form:<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;name, surname, DNI or NIE, the telephone number, check the box for acceptance of the privacy policy, and also write the code of letters and numbers which appears below in the image.&nbsp;To finish,&nbsp;<strong>click on \u201cFinish\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system will send an SMS to your phone with a password. When you receive it, you must enter it in the box that appeared before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Keep the proof of the previous appointment that you have requested<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system will provide you with a&nbsp;<strong>receipt for the appointment<\/strong>&nbsp;you have been assigned.&nbsp;It is important to keep it to go to the Benefits Office on the appointed day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important remarks about the procedures<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remember that once you have\u00a0<strong>requested an appointment<\/strong>, the deadlines\u00a0for applications\u00a0cease to run.\u00a0In other words,\u00a0if you have requested the appointment within the deadline, even though the day the SEPE attends to you is outside the deadline,\u00a0<strong>your request will be correct<\/strong>.\u00a0What matters is the\u00a0<strong>day the appointment is requested<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Appointment by phone<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If for any reason you prefer\u00a0<strong>to make an appointment by phone<\/strong>, you can do so with an\u00a0<strong>automated service<\/strong>\u00a0that is\u00a0<strong>available<\/strong>\u00a024\u00a0<strong>hours a day<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alternative to requesting an appointment: The pre-application form<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you are requesting a benefit or subsidy<\/strong>, for example, because you have terminated your employment contract or have been fired, instead of using the appointment system, you\u00a0<strong>can use the online benefit pre-application form<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a\u00a0<strong>form in which the basic data of the worker is entered<\/strong>\u00a0(name, surname, ID, bank account, telephone, email) and when it is sent, it generates a\u00a0<strong>notification that reaches a SEPE manager<\/strong>.\u00a0If the benefit can be processed, it will be done immediately and if they need any more information or documents,\u00a0<strong>they will contact you by phone or by email to ask for it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The pre-application form and the prior appointment online should not be used to request ERTE benefits<\/strong>, since this type of benefit will be processed directly by the SEPE when the companies communicate the data of all the affected workers.\u00a0The pre-application form, however,\u00a0<strong>can be used to communicate incidents<\/strong>\u00a0in the collection or payment of these benefits by ERTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Do you need more information about online SEPE appointments?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Entre Tr\u00e1mites we offer various services of management, advice,<strong> and support in bureaucratic procedures<\/strong> for self-employed, SMEs, and other types of companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Contact us!
