{"id":2807,"date":"2020-06-30T14:03:16","date_gmt":"2020-06-30T12:03:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/?page_id=2807"},"modified":"2023-01-30T14:51:26","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T13:51:26","slug":"form-04-driving-test","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/downloadables\/dgt-forms\/form-04-driving-test","title":{"rendered":"Form 04 &#8211; Application for Aptitude Tests"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The DGT Form 04 is mandatory when obtaining a driving permit or license, and the requirements for&nbsp;<strong>obtaining a driving permit or license<\/strong>&nbsp;are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Residence in Spain (students must prove that they have been living in Spain for at least six months).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not to be banned by court order from driving motor vehicles and mopeds, nor to be subject to suspension or administrative intervention.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meet the psychological and physical aptitudes required in relation to the type of license applied for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be of the required age for each permit or license (Vid.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberley.es\/legislacion\/real-decreto-818-2009-8-may-reglamento-general-conductores-6711226?ancla=212756#ancla_212756\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Art. 4<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;of the General Regulations for Drivers).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To learn the&nbsp;<strong>conditions of the issuance<\/strong>&nbsp;for each type of license, it will be necessary to comply with the provisions of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberley.es\/legislacion\/real-decreto-818-2009-8-may-reglamento-general-conductores-6711226?ancla=212759#ancla_212759\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Article 7<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;of the General Regulations for Drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The attached form is to be submitted by the driving school in cases where a license is <strong>being applied for the first time<\/strong> and is also used for the following procedures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtaining and\/or extending the authorization to transport dangerous goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>License recovery due to loss of points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, if you want to do any procedure related to the DGT, make sure you rely on an expert team.
