Through Form EX19<\/strong>, you can request the EU Family Member card<\/strong>, a residence permit for the relatives of a citizen of a EU Member State<\/strong>, any of the States that are part of the European Economic Area<\/strong>, or Switzerland<\/strong>, who do not hold the nationality of any of the aforementioned States<\/strong> and who are going to reside in Spain for a period of more than three months. The foreign relatives<\/strong> of the Spanish\/EU\/EEA\/Swiss citizen that have the intention to live in Spain for a period of more than three months must request and obtain the Residence Card of a EU Citizen Family Member.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The family member<\/strong> of the Spanish\/EU\/EEA\/Swiss citizen can apply for it in person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
