Application for a temporary residence and work permit as self-employed<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paraqusirve\">What is Form EX07 for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Form EX07 is used to apply for a <strong>temporary residence and self-employed work visa<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voluntarily returned foreigners<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Residents outside Spain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holders of a permit of stay for studies, research, or internships that ends in such condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holders of previous residence and work permits, that end in such condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nationals and their family members under international, multilateral, or bilateral agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holders of a job search residence permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quinpuedesolicitarlo\">Who can apply and what are the requirements?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>foreigner<\/strong> must request it personally and also meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Not to be a citizen of a European Union<\/strong> <strong>State<\/strong>, a European Economic Area State, or Switzerland; or a family member of citizens of these countries to whom the Union citizen regime applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not to be in Spanish territory illegally<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lack of criminal records<\/strong>&nbsp;in Spain and in their previous countries of residence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not to have been banned from entering Spain<\/strong> and not to be listed as rejectable in the territorial space of countries with which Spain has signed an agreement in this regard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not to be within the period of the commitment of not returning to Spain<\/strong>, that the foreigner has assumed when returning voluntarily to their country of origin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfill the <strong>requirements <\/strong>that the legislation in force demands for the opening and <strong>operation of the planned activity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess the <strong>required professional qualification<\/strong> or accredited experience, for the exercise of the professional activity, as well as in its case the collegiate membership when it is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof that the planned investment and its impact is enough, if any, in the <strong>creation of employment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proof of sufficient financial resources<\/strong> for their sustenance and housing, after deducting those necessary for the support of the activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"qudocumentosdebeacompaarseconlasolicitud\">What documentation must be submitted?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These documents must be submitted along with the Application Form EX07:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A full copy of a <strong>valid passport<\/strong> or travel document<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A copy of the document proving that you have the training or <strong>professional qualification<\/strong> legally required for the profession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A document that proves that you have the <strong>means to do an adequate financial investment<\/strong> in your project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence that you have <strong>sufficient financial resources<\/strong>, such as proof of your housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, it should be noted that due to the type of permit requested, <strong>other additional documents may be required<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dndesedebepresentarlasolicitud\">Where should this documentation be submitted?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The place to submit this application is the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.interior.gob.es\/opencms\/es\/servicios-al-ciudadano\/tramites-y-gestiones\/extranjeria\/oficinas-para-tramites-de-extranjeria\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Spanish Diplomatic Mission or Consular Office<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;corresponding to the place of residence of the applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, if you want to do any immigration procedure, make sure it has an expert team in the field.
