cooperation project (DA 1\u00aa3)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paraqusirve\">What is Form EX06 for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is used to request a temporary <strong>residence and work permit<\/strong> as an employee, for a <strong>fixed-term job<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quinpuedepresentarlo\">Who can submit the application?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It must be presented by the <strong>employer <\/strong>personally but, it can be also made by the legal representative of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"culessonlosdocumentosquedebeacompaarseconlasolicitud\">What is the required documentation?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the application form, the following documents must be submitted in duplicate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A complete copy of the valid passport or travel title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of having the required training to carry out the profession.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreement of the worker to return to their country of origin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An identification document of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signed work contract(s), both original and copy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accreditation of the results of the management of the job offer in the Public Employment Service of the State and the Autonomous Communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A document that certifies the required financial means for the hiring of the employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To have available housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accreditation of the commitment to organize the trip to Spain of the employee and then the return to the country of origin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, the documentation that proves the diligent performance in order to guarantee the worker&#8217;s return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dndesedebepresentarlasolicitud\">Where should it be submitted?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After gathering all the required documentation, the place of presentation of the application is the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.policia.es\/_es\/dependencias_localizador_accesible.php#li_extranjeria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>Immigration Office<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;of the Delegation or Sub-delegation of the Government of the province where the services will be
