{"id":1302,"date":"2020-05-11T15:33:40","date_gmt":"2020-05-11T13:33:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/?page_id=1302"},"modified":"2024-03-04T20:54:29","modified_gmt":"2024-03-04T19:54:29","slug":"form-ex02","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/downloadables\/immigration-forms\/form-ex02","title":{"rendered":"Form EX02: Application for a Temporary Residence Permit due to Family Reunification"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Form EX02<\/strong> is used to apply for the temporary residence of relatives of Spanish citizens, foreigners who stay temporarily in Spain, or foreigners who are legally residing in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Immigration Form EX02<\/strong>&nbsp;includes the following types of permits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relative of the holder of a renewed (or pending renewal) temporary residence permit (art. 53)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative of the holder of a long-term residence permit or long-term residence permit for EU citizens (art. 56)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative of the holder of (or in the process of applying to) a temporary residence and work permit for researchers (arts. 56 and 83)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative of the holder of (or in the process of applying to) a EU Blue Card (arts. 56 and 94)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntarily returned foreigner (art. 120)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor born in Spain son of a resident (art. 185.3)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative of the holder of a stay permit, which will be modified to a residence and work permit (art. 199.1)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative of the holder of a job search residence permit (<a href=\"http:\/\/extranjeros.mitramiss.gob.es\/es\/normativa\/nacional\/movilidad_internacional\/documentos\/ley_14_2013_consolidada.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>DA 17th Law 14\/2013<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paraqusirve\">What is it for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is used to request family reunification for relatives of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Spanish citizens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreigners legally residing in Spain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foreigners who are in a situation of legal temporary stay, such as students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quinespuedensolicitarlo\">Who can request it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, only the petitioner\/sponsor in Spain can request it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"culessonlosdocumentosquesedebenacompaarconlasolicitud\">What is the required documentation along with <strong>Form EX02<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The documents that must be submitted along with the Application Form EX02 are the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copy of the complete passport, travel title, or valid identity document of the sponsor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certified copy of the documentation proving that the sponsor has a job and\/or sufficient economic resources to meet the needs of their family member(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of adequate housing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of the complete and valid passport or, on failing that, the travel title of the regrouped person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy of supporting documentation proving family or kinship ties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, the supporting documentation of having insured health care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dndesedebepresentarlasolicitud\">Where should it be submitted?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The place of presentation of this application form is the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.policia.es\/_es\/dependencias_localizador_accesible.php#li_extranjeria\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Immigration Office<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;of the province in which the sponsor resides.&nbsp;That is why, previously, they must request an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, if you want to do any immigration procedure, make sure it has an expert team in the field.
