(Non-Lucrative Visa in Spain)\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/n1lp1bFh6HM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Form EX01<strong> includes the following types of permits<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Holder of a previous residence permit that ends in such condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Voluntarily returned foreigner (art. 120)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relative of the holder, or the applicant in the process of residence and work permit for activities of special interest (DGI-art. 181)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor born in Spain son of a resident (arts. 185.1 and 2)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor not born in Spain, son of a resident or ward (arts. 186)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unaccompanied foreign minor under guardianship, custody, provisional protection, or custody by a Public Entity for minors (art. 196)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holders of a residence and work permit for researchers, residence and work as an employee (&#8220;cuenta ajena&#8221;), or residence and work as a self-employed (&#8220;cuenta propia&#8221;) that cease in such condition (art. 203)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nationals and their relatives under International Agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>According to Instructions of the Council of Ministers (DA 1\u00aa 4)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holder of a stay permit for higher education studies that ceases, for job search (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/pdf\/2000\/BOE-A-2000-544-consolidado.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\"><strong>DA 17th Law 14\/2013<\/strong><\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Family members of the holders of a stay permit for studies that ceases to be in such condition (DA 17th Law 14\/2013)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"paraqusirve\">What is <strong>Form EX01<\/strong> for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Form EX01 is used to request<strong> temporary residence<\/strong> in Spanish territory, which will initially have a duration of one year. It must be taken into account that this permit will be only for purposes of residence and it <strong>does not allow the foreigner to work<\/strong>. It is also known as the <strong>Non-Lucrative Visa<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"quinpuedesolicitarlo\">Who can request it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It must be requested <strong>directly by the foreigner<\/strong> who wants to reside in Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"culessonlosdocumentosquesedebenacompaarconlasolicitud\">What are the required documents besides <strong>Form EX01<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the first place, the corresponding visa must be requested, <strong>in person<\/strong>, at the <strong>Spanish diplomatic or consular demarcation<\/strong> of your residence area. Once the visa application has been submitted, it must be attached along with the application for the Non-Lucrative Temporary Residence Permit, and the following documents must also be provided:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passport or travel title with a minimum validity of one year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Criminal record certificate issued by the authorities of the country of origin or of the countries of residence during the last 5 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation proving that you have sufficient financial means to reside in Spain without working.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation proving the coverage of medical insurance, public or private.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A medical certificate, stating that you do not have any of the diseases that may have serious public health repercussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paid visa issuance fees and residence permit fees, which is Fee 790 Code 052.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"dndehayquepresentarlo\">Where to submit <strong>Form EX01<\/strong>?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The place of submission of the application will be the Spanish diplomatic mission or Consular Office in whose demarcation the foreigner resides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"culeselplazoderesolucin\">What is the period to obtain a resolution?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The term of resolution is three months from the day following the date on which it was received at the registry of the competent body for its processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, if you want to do any immigration procedure, make sure it has an expert team in the field.
