{"id":1057,"date":"2020-05-05T09:48:17","date_gmt":"2020-05-05T07:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/?page_id=1057"},"modified":"2023-01-30T22:19:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-30T21:19:21","slug":"internship-contract","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/downloadables\/work-contracts\/internship-contract","title":{"rendered":"Official Sample of Internship Contract"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This internship contract sample is provided in PDF format by the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Social Security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An internship contract can be made for those people who have a&nbsp;<strong>university or professional training degree<\/strong>, either medium or higher, or have equivalent official titles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No more than five years may have elapsed since the completion of the studies, or seven years in the case of workers with disabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In which cases does this internship contract apply?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This contract allows the formalization of a&nbsp;<strong>full or part-time&nbsp;internship<\/strong> work contract, for the following groups:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ordinary internship contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practices of workers in situations of social exclusion, victims of gender and domestic violence, victims of terrorism, and victims of human trafficking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internship contract for workers in a situation of social exclusion in insertion companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practices for workers over 52 years of age who are beneficiaries of unemployment benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Internship contract for people with disabilities in special employment centers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work practices of social interest or promotion of agricultural employment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In matters not provided for in the clauses of the same, the following will apply: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberley.es\/legislacion\/real-decreto-legislativo-2-2015-23-octubre-aprueba-texto-refundido-ley-estatuto-trabajadores-23860101?ancla=9265101#ancla_9265101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Art. 11<\/a><\/strong> <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberley.es\/legislacion\/real-decreto-legislativo-2-2015-23-octubre-aprueba-texto-refundido-ley-estatuto-trabajadores-23860101\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Royal Legislative Decree 2\/2015<\/a><\/strong>, of October 23, which approves the revised text of the Workers Statute Law, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iberley.es\/legislacion\/real-decreto-488-1998-27-mar-desarrolla-art-11-et-materia-contratos-formativos-988841\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Royal Decree 488\/1998<\/a><\/strong>, of March 27, and the collective agreement applicable to the labor relations of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content of this contract, as well as its termination,&nbsp;<em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/labor\/register-an-employee-social-security\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"786\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">will be communicated to the Public Employment Service (SEPE) within 10 days<\/a><\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;within 10 days following its conclusion or cessation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want&nbsp;<strong>more information<\/strong>&nbsp;about it, you can consult the following content:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/work-contract-samples\/guide-of-work-contracts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SEPE: Guide to employment contracts and hiring aid<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/entretramites.com\/en\/work-contract-samples\/employment-bonuses-guide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Labor Hiring Bonuses: Complete Guide<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, if you need any kind of advice about work contracts or hiring procedures, make sure you rely on an expert team.
